This Policy describes the processing of personal data collected through the forms on this website (the professional-access form and the contact form), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). The website is informational and uses no profiling cookies or traffic-analytics tools.

2. Data processed
We process only the data you voluntarily provide by completing the website forms, including:
- identification and contact data (first name, last name, professional email, organization/firm);
- professional data (bar/jurisdiction, professional order, registration number) limited to the professional-access form;
- the content of the message or request you send.
We do not collect data through profiling cookies, nor do we track or analyze browsing behaviour.
3. Purposes of processing
- to assess professional-access requests and manage selection;
- to respond to information, partnership, media or product enquiries;
- to comply with any legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to communications received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is optional but necessary to act on your request.
5. Means and processors
The forms are operated through the third-party service Web3Forms, which forwards the data via email and acts as a (sub-)processor. Data is not transferred or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where relevant, for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR:
- access to and rectification of your data;
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”) and restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing;
- withdrawal of consent, where applicable.
