How it works.
A six-step workflow, from access request to final human validation. Every step is traceable and reviewable. The systems draw on categories of sources — the regulatory framework, lines of case law, and the documents in the case file — without replacing the professional’s own verification.
Analysis, challenge, synthesis.
At the core of the method is an internal challenge: a first analysis is deliberately stress-tested by an adversarial review, and only what survives the confrontation flows into the synthesis. It is not a single automatic answer, but a structured path in which arguments are raised, challenged and consolidated.
Access request
Access to Lawtropic systems is reserved for verified legal professionals. The initial request triggers an evaluation process to confirm operational eligibility.
Intake & configuration
Once access is approved, the parameters for the specific case are configured: uploading the case-file documents, defining analysis objectives, and indicating the relevant categories of sources.
Document analysis
System · Ethan ColeThe analysis system examines the materials, reconstructs the chronology of facts, identifies the relevant issues and maps document gaps, producing a preliminary structured analysis.
Adversarial review
System · Mason ReedThe first analysis is stress-tested: the review system challenges assumptions, raises counterarguments, and flags procedural and evidentiary risks. This is the moment of internal challenge.
Synthesis & reporting
System · Clara HayesWhat survives the confrontation is consolidated into structured work-product: memoranda, issue lists, and review-ready summaries, with confidence levels indicated.
Human validation
The professional assesses the accuracy, completeness and suitability of the outputs, applying expert judgment. The validated work-product is integrated into their decision-making: the systems amplify, they do not replace.
